Changing your HomeCare cover
Can I change my cover?
If you pay by direct debit, you can upgrade your cover through your online account. If you want to make any other changes or you don’t use direct debit, give us a call.
Can I downgrade my cover at any time?
Yes – but please bear in mind that a cancellation charge could be applied to your account. Give us a call and we’ll get that sorted.
How do I add additional products to my cover?
If you pay by direct debit, you can upgrade your HomeCare cover online. If you’d like to add other products (such as plumbing and drains cover or any appliance and electrical cover) and you don’t use direct debit, just give us a call on 0333 202 9604. We’re available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
