What to do if you still want to leave
We want to make sure your switch to a new energy supplier is as quick and smooth as possible. So before you leave, you’ll need to:
1. Check that you’re not still in a contract with us. If you are, you’ll be able to switch supplier the day after your current Fixed Price Energy Plan ends
If you’re in the last 60 days of your contract with us:
- Log in to your online account. If you don't have an online account it's quick and easy to register – you’ll just need a bill to hand
- Click the link in the red banner called 'View renewal options'. You'll be presented with your renewal prices
- If you don't want to accept our offer, please call us on

so we can make sure our offer meets the needs of your business.
2. If you're outside your renewal window or on deemed rates, please contact us for a business quote.
3. Give us a final meter reading so we can settle your account and create your final bill
- a. If you have an online account, just log in to submit a meter reading

4. Make sure you've paid all of your outstanding bills
- a. If you have an online account, just log in to make a payment
- b. If you don't have an online account
If your account is in credit, you can get a refund.

Why have you objected to us leaving?
We may object to you switching suppliers if:
- You have an outstanding balance on your account. To clear any outstanding balance, you can pay a bill here
- You're still in contract and are breaking the terms of your contract. See terms and conditions
If we object to your switch, we'll send you an objection letter, which will tell you what you need to do.
