What if I have more than one appliance or problem that needs fixing?

If you have several repairs you’d like us to do, it would be best to call 0333 202 9659 rather than booking your repair online. We can discuss what needs to be done and try to get everything sorted in the same appointment.

My fridge doesn’t get cold.

If your fridge doesn't feel very cold, check the temperature dial to make sure it's at the right level. If the dial is ok, you might have an issue with your air damper, thermostat or there might be some damage to the rubber seal on your fridge door.
